what happens if upper tribunal rejects a right to appeal?

Hi

My appeal request receipt has been confirmed by upper tribunal. What might happen and what options do I have if upper tribunal does not allow the appeal? Can I submit a fresh claim and what is the time limit to submit one of so?

hi,i have been reading your post over and over again.unfortunately still no reply as i am in same boat as you.pls can you update me regarding your out come?and can you kindly explain how the tribunal opprates? my case is stated below.pls do help as i dont know if i might scale through.

I ve been here lawfully for almost 10yrs now.my last application was refused in october,(i made a 7 yrs one under my child.but ll be 9yrs during hearing)i had right of appeal which i have put in and a hearing date has been granted so fast.my hearing is on the 4th of july 2018 but my 10yrs stay ll be completed on the 13th of september 2018.i am desperately in need of 2 mnths.my questions are!

1 if my appeal is not succeful by the FTT Tribunal what do i do next?and how long do i have to apply to upper tribunal?(also how long do you get ur outcome after hearing by the judge).

2.pls how long does it take to b notified if ur premission was granted to upper tribunal or not?

3.ll my 3c b broken if upper tribunal refueses ?

4.is it true that i can apply in august?

i will be so grateful if u can help can help in any way as i am so so down and broken.after coming this far.thanks alot.
