Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) - Extension. Team Query

Dear members and experts

I initially applied for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa with my team member, however, my team member is not applying with me as they have already applied under a different category. Just want to check if this could cause potential issues in my extension?

Apologies if it has been queried before. Your response is highly appreciated.

We did 25,000 investment each and created jobs together as a team as we thought we would send a team extension application but this is not the case anymore.

Would it be ok if my investment is only 25000 and 2 x employments were created by both of us ?

Has anyone applied under similar circumstances and if so what was the outcome?

Your application will be separate. You must however show the full investment of at least 50K either under your name or under both your names in total to get the investment points.

We have done total 50K investment (25k each) which was done as Share Capital and can be seen on Unaudited Accounts provoded by Certified Accountant so I hope it should be ok.
