Paying salaries from Investment?

I tried to find from this forum but couldn't find answer. Please pass me link if someone already posted similar question.

I transfered payment from my personal account to business account as director loan.

1-Can I pay salaries of my employees ?
2-Can I pay HMRC Payments out of it ?

Can we count both points as investment?

Yes, of course. Your investment is made for the purpose of running and growing your business.

Why would you even doubt that ?

You can't use it to pay your own salary or us it for residential property or for property development. Most other expenses should be ok
