Hi,
As i know if you away from UK for more then 2 years then PR got expired, is that right ?? what is further way to start in uk if this is the case.

A lot depends on how long the applicant was resident in the UK, and the length of absence. This is Para 19 of the Immigration Rules:-

"19. A person who does not benefit from the preceding paragraph by reason only of having been away from the United Kingdom too long may nevertheless be admitted as a returning resident if, for example, he has lived here for most of his life."

So it is possible to apply for Entry Clearance as Returning Resident.

more addon,incase you are living in UK and having your chid has passport of uk ,but your dependent (wife) is away for more then defined period , is she get chance to rejoin.
