Family with chield with special needs

I am 33 year old man from Serbia.I have wife and two daughters 7 years old,one of them is visually impared ,blinde chield and she need a special care.Those anyone knows is there some country in EU which can help us for living and immigration,because in my country is very bad situatione for living,especialy for that kind of person.

In answer to your question, generally you would have to possess a needed skill or a degree, in order to live and work in an EU Member State. If you have this, you would need to secure a job offer and apply for the relevant visa.

Unfortunately,I dont have nothing of these!I dont what to doo!Here are teriblle conditione for blindes persons,and I realy dont know what to doo.
I wonder that some country can help us just on base of humanity,what do you think?Is it posiblle,what can I try to help my chield,school,educatione,jobs,that what we need is there any future in Europe for us?

Just make the best of what you do have, too many people think the grass is greener on the other side and often it isn't.

Thank you for advice.I will thin about what you wrote,but maybe I am wrong I think that grace in my country is complitely black!
But my dear friends I just want to help my chield,that she have better life and because she is blinde,that she have conditione for school and educatione.Iff somebody have more ideas please-write!
