need help in urgent treatment applications

Hi guys
i applied for hsmp on feb1st
amount deducted on feb 5th
till now i didn't get any update...
my visa will expire on 31st of march..
i would like to apply for urgent treatment ...
on wht basis i can puton urgent treatment application

please update me
