Settlement Visa

Good day

I am applying a settlement Visa to UK from Philippines.
Application and biometric done May.15
Sheffield UK received at May.24
No more updates after that last email.
It's been 14weeks this week. No email that I have to wait longer than 12weeks to get my results.

I am wondering what is the reason for the delayed?.
And I am paying, hoping that they will grant me a visa, So then I will never mind the delayed.
