I hope someone is able to answer my question. I intend to apply in person for Indefinite leave to remain on April 1 2008 after five years on HSMP.
I was unable to get appointment at Croydon and had to book at Glasgow. I will like whoever has been to this office to tell me their experience at at glasgow office. Is the process as fast at Croydon? Are the staff friendly? Whatever information you have will be appreciated.
