Study on EU Blue Card

Hi Everyone.

I am working in Hungary and have EU Blue Card. I am non EU Citizen.

I have recently got admission in Germany. Its MBA Program but part time. Classes would be once or twice in a month but on weekends,

My question is, do I need a student visa. As per my understanding Student visa is needed for full time program.

But as I am already in EU, and its part time program and I would travel once or twice in a month from Hungary to Germany and then back to Hungary, my knowledge is I do not need a student visa then.

Please any one share their experience or knowledge.

As long as you follow the schengen rule of maximum 90 days in any 180 days as a visitor you can certainly do it whilst keeping your EU blue card requirement fulfilled in Hungary and also the the requirements of the Uni if any, some uni except you to have residence card as a student or even be a resident of that country. If you are covered for all, Yes you shall.
Note: You cannot take any paid work during these trips.
