UK Visit Visa Family Ties Document

Hello,

I am applying Visitor Visa for my mom and she does not work. So my dad who is working as a government staff is sponsoring her VISA as she is dependent for my dad.

To prove the ties to home country will the employment letter of my dad, and his bank statements, his property details will be enough? or do i need to show any more details?
