Hi,

For all practical reasons, you have always been employed by your India company and hence your income should always be reflected as been paid out in India.

A Business Visa to any country does not entail you to perform salaried work in that country. Most countries, and especially USA and UK, expect you to restrict your visit to Business meetings, inspections, and other business related activities ONLY and critically excludes salaried work.

Over the past year, you seem to have been on Business Visits only to the US and SA. The rest of the time you were physically in India. This is akin to your working out of India. Your points will be awarded on Band D - for India.

Hope this clarifies. Cheers.

u r not allowed to work on business visa. And as the name of visa it is to do business. PERIOD.

If u get paid in india all this time even while being in US on daily allowance etc. just consider the indian earnings.
