Hi all,

I just received confirmation of my HSMP approval.

My application was approved on Feb 8th, but i just recived the confirmation (i am using a solictor)

Applied - Nov 26, 2004
Received - Dec 1, 2004
Ref # - 313XX
Approved - Feb 8, 2005

Age: Over 28 years
Country of Residence: USA

Now have to apply for Entry Clearance Visa within 3 months of approval date.

Just goes to show that the opeartional levels stated by HO are complete lies...

It is inequitable that guyz from June, July, August, Sept and October are still gnashing

Thanks guys. Now have to do lot of reading about EC.

They definately have some sort of process either by country/teams going on. Whatever the case, they should announce it so ppl are atleast aware. I personally feel that it is unfair for ppl who applied b4 me.

Hopefully, they are speeding up and it will be just matter of weeks until they are back to normal service levels..

Seems like what used be called "Waiting Queue" has turned out to a "Waiting Stack". First in first out principal doesn't work any more for poor June-Nov guys.

So, we have nothing but to keep on waiting.

Think that a general amnesty to all people waiting since June whould be the appropriate compensation for such an unfair treatment. Why don't they automatically approve all our application!!

I am joking. Just trying to encourage all who have been waiting so long, myself included
