Good day

Am a British Citizen resident in Nigeria and married to a Nigerian for 12 years. We have 4 children who are all British aged between 5 - 11 years. I intend to move my wife and the 4 kids to the UK for settlement for better education while I remain in Nigeria because of the high paying job am doing. Please, what type of visa can I apply for my wife as she needs to be the kids for parental care in the UK. Can she get spouse visa if we meet the financial requirement and I remain in Nigeria.

https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-entrepreneur - need access to either £50K in government grants or to £200K own money
https://www.gov.uk/tier-1-investor - need access to at least £2 mil, very exotic
https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general - need a job with certain conditions and salary, very difficult to get

I am afraid if you want your family to stay in the UK permanently, the best option would be either to have a job there yourself or find a job in EU state and then return to the UK under Surinder Singh route.
