What is fresh acceptance letter? Is it CAS?

My Tier 4 refusal decision is overturned. Below is the email from Home Office. Can anyone please tell me what is fresh acceptance letter. If it is CAS I wouldn't be able to get it from University withih the deadline.


Email from HO:

This refers to your application for entry clearance to the United Kingdom. In order to process your application further, you are requested to provide the following documentation:

1. All the documents submitted at the time of original application.
2. Fresh acceptance letter.
3. Passport


You can submit your passport and documents to the Visa Application Centre at which your application was originally lodged. Please provide us these documents on or before 15/11/2017 and mention your name, date of birth and above file reference number. If we do not receive these documents before the above said deadline, we will take a decision on the documents available.
