attending H1B visa on april 11th at london embassy and need

Post by proudtobeanindian » Mon Mar 24, 2008 8:24 pm

well i have an H1B interview on 1th of april 2008 at london embassy and would like to know about what they would ask min my interview.
well i have my BTECH in INSTRUMENTATION from india in 2001.done my masters in EEE from U.K university in 2005,but iam still on student status.worked as a graduate tester from 2007 to march 2008 for 6 months in london as test engineer,so would like to know should i show them this exp or bcoz what if they qwould know that iam on student status and do they know the rules when one is on student status bcoz it states that its resident permit ,so in case if they ask may be i can say HSMP,so would they know about these visas,if so can i take a risk,if not coz ,bcoz i provided my employer in U.S with the IT exp i had n U.K as soon as i complated my MASTERS degree, bcoz here for contarcts job they don't ask the visa copy so i worked full time,so would the employer pass on the details to people in embassy about the documents i submitted to the employer for when i applied for H1B,if so do they forward all these docus to people in U.S embassy in london,if not may be then i can remove those exps from my CV and can say that i haven't had any IT exp ,but did some courses.
so would like to kno wthe best option from u .
