I was arrested by the police five years ago on saxual assault allegations but after my arrest i was released with no further action
I requested my subject access request from police and it is recorded in my PNC.
I was not charged and released with no further action
Now I don't understand is this false allegations effect my BC application?
How can I solve this issue?

It should not be a problem if you were not charged and released but it is adviseable to report it with an explanation in your application as it is recorded on your PCN.
