Dependent on Work Permit

Post by nvslprasad » Wed Mar 26, 2008 2:28 am

I have got a work permit to UK and received papers from employer. Now I should proceed to apply for visa. I am going on a genuine Job offer from a UK company.

When I apply for entry clearance (VISA at Chennai office) can I include my wife also for VISA? Are there any disadvantages in including her?

Cheers.

However, if she is in the UK as your dependant, then when you apply for extensions or settlement, she may be included for free.
