Hi,

I would advise you to get married in Pakistan, it's probably easier for you.
Your husband can then apply for a visa: http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/WP ... HowToApply

Required documents for spouse of EU citizen:
http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/WP07000228

Important: Visa type: D visa : http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Type_of_Visa
purpose is: Spouse of EU citizen

Then you can use your EU Treaty Rights:

I did the same. Go to Pakistan and get married . please don’t forget to make photos and make lots of pic during ceremony attach that with your visa application.

There is no need to marry in Pakistan unless you want to. It may in fact be a little easier if you marry in Holland or Ireland.

If you marry in Ireland, then you should immediately go on a trip to another EU country (like the UK or the Netherlands) for a few days to celebrate and be "resident". You should be careful to collect proof of this trip when you submit your husband's EU1 application. See http://eumovement.wordpress.com/2007/06 ... -question/
