Legacy cases

Hi, just wondering if HO finished with cases of families and started sending questionares to single individuals? My husband applied 13 months for ILR and was told that he falls under the legacy cases. We haven't heard anything else since then? Shall we urge HO or just sit and wait? Any response is appreciated.
