Help required - Not received Reference no.

Hi,

I applied for HSMP from India around more than 3 week back. But I have not received any acknowledgment or reference no. from them. The amount is debited from my credit card account when they received the application.

Where I can contact or mail to get my application status now ?

Approximate how much time it will take to get reference number usually ?

My two friends also applied with me and received the application there on same date. They already received their reference no. by email one week back.

Please give the details of contact information to get the status of my application.
