Naturalisation after ILR DV

Good Afternoon,
I have entered UK on 1st March 2014 on Fiancee visa. In the same month I have obtained the spouse visa.
Following domestic abuse I have been granted ILR in December 2015. Then I have been studying for a year towards MSc Degree and completed on December 2017 and have been living continuously in the UK for almost 4 years. I was wondering when I am eligible to naturalise as British citizen (through 3 years route or 5 years)?
