Ref no received, but..

guys
i got my hsmp ref number.I have applied from india on 26th march and it delivered on 28th and payment debited on 3rd april.
But in the mail the hsmp application date mentioned as 3rd april.
I wonder how my application will be processed under hsmp since its gonna become tier-1 from 1st april for all the indian applicants.
Can any one confirm whether the application has been accepted before 31st march or they normally consider the payment date as application received date?

Please note that HSMP's current Service Standards aim to make decisions
on 50% of applications within 5 weeks and 90% of applications within 14
weeks.

Since they received it on 28th March, it will be processed under HSMP scheme. It does not matter when they debited your card or when the HSMP team received it from payment processing centre. All the best.
