Hey people, If I decide to write Jaqui a letter do u think she will read it?

Well, somebody will read it.

One thing to do is to write to the Home Secretary, with a "cc" to your local Member of Parliament. Make it clear in the letter that you want a response from the Home Office. You can always include a short covering letter to your local MP, simply saying that you are X, that you live in the constituency, and that you are copying to him or her a letter that you have sent to the Home Secretary.

This way, if you get no response, you can chase it up with the local MP.
