English Proof?

Hi I am just looking for advice on the best option to take in regards to proving my degree was taught in English. I got my HSMP 18 months ago, prior to the new requirements and need to apply for extension via the tier 1(I am from Australia a majority English speaking nation). From what I understand I can use Naric or a letter from my home university. Also will my original Naric letter be good as proof of the degree compatability or do I also have to have this re-checked ? Hope this makes sense , thankyou in advance
