Retained right of residence after Brexit?

Hello,
I'm an EEA citizen married to a non-EEA spouse.
We are married for over 5 years, 3 years in the UK, have children (they are EEA citizens, attend a local school and live the majority of the time with me, which is court ordered).
We want to start divorce proceedings late summer, which are definitely won't be finalised until after Brexit.
I'm curious if my soon-to-be-ex will be able to retain right to reside if she applies after Brexit.
Your opinions please.
