Flr fp as a father of of British child

Hi I am on a flr fp partner 2.5 visa. I have been separated from my partner
for there past one year now we we have 3 children together we are in a
mutual agreement so I go to her address to take my children to school and
also on weekend I take them to my place and also transfer money to their
mum account.my visa is due for renewal in April and I want to switch to for
fp on parent route10 years. My problem is I didn't change my address and
my letters go to her address. Now since I don't have proof of address at my
current address and if i should change my address at my bank and work i
will only have one month pay slip to present to the hom office.can l let my
land load write a letter to tell the home office to tell the i have been
leaving in her hos for all this time my visa is due for renewal in April
what should I tell the home office. I want to go for same day service
because I have to attend my late father funeral
