ILR for spouse

Hi all,

I have a question about ILR for spouse. When HSMP holder gets ILR whether his/her spouse will get the same status irrespective of the no. of years resided in the UK. Is it true? Or spouse also should wait for 4 yrs from the time she arrives to get ILR in case she has joined HSMP holder after one/two year?

So far, if the spouse is included in the main (for the ILR purposes) applicant's package, it's not necessary to meet the number of years qualification.
