Need clarification

Hi All,

I have B.Tech. (Computer ) degree and 5 years of work experience in top most IT companies.

1. Please let me know what proof is required for AGE.

2. In my experience letter , duties performed is not written but i have experience letter , relieving letter , apointment letter , salary slips , last few months salary slips , form 16 , income tax return ..... these all are enought or do i need to show some thing else also.

3. My occupation is in MODL,SOL list and i am getting 60 points for that .. do i need to show some proof for that also..
