Our solicitor faxed out the request 3 months ago but we haven't heard anything back yet.
Does anybody have the contact number/ email address for the department to inquire about the already submitted request?
How long is a normal waiting period in this scenario?
Can anyone confirm if this issue was resolved for anybody whatsoever? And how did it work out?
Appreciate any response I can get.
