Self Employed - need to travel

Hoping someone can offer some guidance. I’m a wedding photographer and have a contracted wedding for middle of March in Austria. That puts me at 6 1/2 weeks after sUbmitting my FLR (M) online. I put a cover letter explaining this on my supporting documents. Is there anything else I can do? And I know there is a one day service, but the extra cost and full day off work to do it seemed like a lot when I didn’t need it one day. Any advice really appreciated.
