Overstayers and the Domestic Violence Concession

Post by jei2 » Fri Apr 11, 2008 4:37 pm

Does anyone know specifically what evidence the Home Office accepts for those who make out of time applications under the domestic violence concession?

How can you prove for example, that your sponsor has withheld your passport?

Domestic violence concession

Post by jei2 » Fri Apr 11, 2008 5:39 pm

I'm referring to the concession for those who have suffered domestic violence within their 2 year probationary period but who have failed to make an in-time application.

Thanks for this Vinny.

I'd already trawled through the DV IDI but couldn't quite tease out the specific evidence required.

Your input much appreciated.
