Hi,
I am currently a F-2 visa holder. I hold Indian citizenship and also
permanent resident of India. Now I am in Germany with my husband. He is
here in Germany for collaboration purpose. I have got admission from a
US university. We got a temporary residence permit from Germany which is
valid for 6 months. Can I apply from Germany for F-1 visa? If my F-1
visa is rejected, can I retain my F-2 visa or they will cancel F-2 visa
without prejudice?
Plz help.
