Spouse visa date of application

Hi guys on this board,

I am planning to submit my wife’s spouse visa, I receive my latest payslip 29th March and planning to submit application online 30th March and pay the IHS fee and book appointment for biometrics April 12th .

I would like to know is it ok to start application now and save it and submit it after I receive my latest payslip on 29th March or is it better to start the application after 29th March?

AFTER THE 29TH... they don't consider anything after the online application. I've seen some in the forum get caught by it.

It needs to be within 28 days from the date of the online application...anything after this wouldn't be counted.

Be on the safe side and don't give them a clue to refuse your application

Is it really a problem Submitting the online form and getting appointment ??.

because your getting your document before the appointment date

IF your latest bank statement is dated before 30/3 AND clearly shows payslip deposited being deposited for your March salary then you can. Better to wait until you have ALL of 28 day rule bound documents in your hand before submitting anything.
