FLR M Expired Child Passports

Post by BPFN » Sun Mar 25, 2018 1:05 pm

Hi,

I'm currently filling in the FLR M form for my wife. We have two children together, 6 and 9, who were born in Thailand but have British passports. They've been living here in the UK for 4 years and I've now only noticed that their British passports expired in October last year.

They're not counted as dependents on my wife's application but will the fact that the British passports have expired be an issue?

I couldn't see any info on this. Her current visa expires in May so we have time to renew their passports on an express service if we needed to. I'd then apply for FLR through the premium service.

I'm new to the forum but I've found the advice on here really beneficial and any help you could give would be really appreciated.

Many thanks

If the children are not travelling, then there's no issue.
