Can I apply for dependent VISA for my partner (married a month ago) in the same form as I do ??

1 . while I apply for HSMP, can I apply for my hushband also??


2 . while I apply for HSMP, can I apply for my hushband also who is in different country....??

If you are from India or in UK then

You can apply for Tier1( there is no HSMP from UK and India) , you can apply for your husband as dependent .

You can not as you need submit Passports(yourself/dependent) to apply for Tier1.

i might fly to US in L1 for sometime. may b after few months, can I apply for Tier 1 with my husbands' passport in my application who will be in India ???
(Consider that Tier1 for other countries is available that time)


(i mean in the same application/ first time when I apply, can I include him in the application) ??
