More info!

I assume u r a BC living in UK, and ur fiancee is non-EU on a schegen visa in Italy?

Two things - if it's a visit visa it's only 90 days not 12 months. The validity is 12 months, the length of stay is three months max. Could be spot of bother there.

She can only apply for a UK fiancee visa if she has residency in Italy, ie NOT on a Schengen tourist visa. Neither can she apply for a UK visit visa, she has to do both from her own country.
