my partners removal order

hi. i have been with my jamaican partner for 5 years, we have two children together.my partner is currently in detention center awaiting removal and has been given a date he is being removed. he has overstayed for 6 years, in that time built a family with me and even has a job waiting for him to return to . how can we make it possible for him to stay? :(
