Divorce

My Aunty has married an non EEA national in 2005 and now she is divorcing because he has cheated on her - but then because a strong beliefs, she would like to know what will happen to him if the divorce goes through? Sorry I am new and I don't know if the question has been asked before..

There's not much to go on by what you have written. What is your aunt's nationality? What is his current immigration status?
