Tier 1 extension in process need advice

Hi All,
Advice needed from all senior members esp marcnath, zimba and cr01

Timeline
Application 27/07/17
Biometric. 4/08/17
Complex letter 05/08/17
IHS partial refund 30/03/18

Uk arrival 18/08/2008
10 years complete in 20/08/18

My bussines is( bussines consultancy) running in office
Last 3 years in proft and 2 full time employees throughout.
But unfortunately my helth is very bad .

06/04/18 I had major surgery i was discharged to hospital 16/04/18.

It was very big opration now i am at home bed rest
Doctor advice me to rest minimum of 6 months.
They give me sick note letter at the end of july 2018

In july they give me more advice. bed rest letter
Because this is my 3rd operation last 2 years same problem.

I am worried If i receive the call for interview what i need to do i am not abe to do anything.
I have a all the NHS documents opration letter and bed rest letter till 25/07/18

And also my 3 months left to 10 year's complete.
Now i have a 1 employ
And also i lose my half of the business.

If they call you for interview, forward them the letter.
Don't go for interview if you are not well.
Please don't make the mistake which my friend made.
They can't force you for interview.

Don't let the immigration process add more stress. I am quite confident that HO will be flexible with the interview (if it is needed) with all the evidence you have.

Hi Moashi,

Sorry to hear about your situation, wishing you a full and speedy recovery.

Please look after your health first. If your Doctor has advised you a bed rest then you can just send a letter to home office if they ask you for interview. Believe me Humans work there as well. So they will consider that and will let you know when can you arrange this.

Once you and your doctor think you're fine to go out, you can rearrange the interview.

But first wait and see whether they even call you for interview or not.

I want to know about some questions.
1) can i go for ILR based on 10 years in august 2018 while my extension is pending any effect on ILR application.
2) can i go for premium service.
3) what documents i need to prepare for ilr

1) Yes, you can vary your application to ILR (LR). You can't have two applications at the same time, so your extension application will not be valid once you vary.
2) You can try, but HO may say no. Based on others in this forum, even when they have gone premium, the decision will not be made on the same day.
3) I am not very familiar with LR documents, but the specified documents are much lesser. However, again going by experience from others in this forum, the CW is likely to ask for all of T1E documents as additional requests.
