DIRECTIVE 2004/38/CE Application in Belgium

Hello, I was wondering where I can find a link that explains how/if Belgium applies the DIRECTIVE 2004/38/CE.

It is the law of all member states in the EU. If it does not have a local transposition, then the Directive itself has direct effect as part of Belgian law.
