Alishah:
1. How long will it take to approve the work permit by UK employer? [Tends to take between 3 weeks and 6 weeks]
2. Which type of visa they will offer? [Work Permit; based on your experience and salary they would offer a work permit for 3-6 years. You can only work for this employer unless you change the visa]
3. What would be the duration of visa? [3-6 years depending on your experience, salary and the size of company]
4. While working on work permit can one be able to become resident? [After 5 years living here under work permit and passing a "like in the UK" academic test, you can apply for permanent residency, once you have PR for 12 months, you can apply for british nationality]
5. Dose any one has such experiance? [yes; Please, please, please, read the previous posts on this site and familirize yourself with the immigration laws; you have good chances and a good opportunity to become resident, just don't make silly mistakes such as allowing your work permit to expire]

They have offered me salary 59K/Annum, in which 43K base salary, 5K Special allowance and 5K car allowance where as car fuel as per milage paid.

Can any one advise about salary? and what would be cost of living, they have said it would cost me around 1.5K per month. Amount quoted sounds to be within normal range unless you are a spendaholic :D .
Moreover; what would be Incomtax implication on this slary? tax right now 2008-2009. Personal exemption is 5.4k. Free on first 2.23K then tax ramps up to 20% in excess of 2.23k up to 34.6 and then finally a whopping 40% on any income beyond 34.6k.
Thanks

Unfortunatelly the question is "how long is a piece of string"; how much you need? no idea, it all depends on your situation.
Some info:

http://www.thesalarycalculator.co.uk/salary.php
Houses for rent and buy :
http://www.findaproperty.com/

Some costs:
Council Tax - - £1,300 year
TV Licence - TV - £ 140 year
Cable-Tele-Internet - £500 year
Water-gas-electricity: £1,200 year
food/house items: £ 5,000 year
Yearly train ticket £ 1000 approx
cars ? (www.jamjar.com )

hope it helps; you can live in a rented room at a family house with breakfast included for £60-£80 a week; that would include tv license, council tax and all utilities....so as you can see, it can cost anything you want.

Alishah,
Regarding the return on investment for property purchases, it is low; visit www.housepricecrash.co.uk and get an idea of the current state of the market.

Now, regarding time: your WP should take a few weeks (3-5) to be approved if they have prepared the required information.

Alisha,
There are limits on your trips out of the UK, you can not stay out of the UK more than 90 consecutive days, and there are also restrictions on the total number of days out of the UK in the past 5 years before the ILR application. HO website has the information as well as the immigration boards site (search for the details) and add those to your holiday/vacation planning, better safe than sorry...
