New FLR(IED) regulations for HSMP holders from April?

Post by hsmphopeful » Thu Mar 03, 2005 10:59 am

My FLR(IED) app. date falls on 1 April (the earliest I can apply) and I wonder when we should expect to have the new regulations, especially on how the premium service will work. It's already 3 March, so less than a month to go. I hope they won't wait until end of March to publish them

Anyone here planning to go for the same day/premium option? Obviously it's expensive but a) you (hopefully) get decision immediately and b) probability of your documents getting lost is near zero...

Premier service will not apply for HSMP applicants

i think the leave to remain part of it will. From the proposal it does look like after you get your WP or HSMP visa you will be able to apply for FLR using the premium service

Dear Chess and other moderators,

Any further opinions on this? Would you expect the HO to wait until the last minute to announce the new rules or you think they would be published soon?

Many thanks
