Tier 2 extension documents required

Hi Guys!

I am currently applying for tier 2 visa extension within UK, can anyone share what documents are required to apply for the tier 2 visa extension? is the criminal record cert not required for extension?

They will have a document checklist in the end to tell you what you need, for me

1. Police registration form
2, Passport
3. current BRP
4. Passport photos
