:? if someone was overstayer in uk , then returned to his country non EEA
then his partner uk citizen moved to EU country got a job etc will his immigration history (overstaying) be a problem ,
are the EU countries have a shared immigration database ?could the overstayer who moved to EU country with a husband or a wife not mention his immigration problems in uk????i mean starting a new page getting maried in his or her country of origin then apply to the other EU country with new passport etc ....???

please any links or answers will be very helpful

Ricky,
There are some levels of information exchange between the UK and Schenguen countries. You should review the options and be aware of the potential risk.
It may or may not be a problem, it all depends on the type of information held about the overstayer.
What about returning to the country of origin, getting married and applying for EC to the new european country?

If UK citizen working in EU country exercising treaty rights, getting spouse into the host EU country as a non EEA family member is not a problem.
Get the residence cert / card for UK cit & spouse - good old Blighty here I come......

As for exchange of immigration data, outside criminal and asylum virtually nothing gets exchanged.

New passport means nothing as the bio data strip links old to new, so do not rely on that!
