Work permit to HSMP dependant

Hi,

I am in UK for 2 years now on a work permit sponsored by my company. I got married last month and my husband holds a HSMP visa. He has been residing in UK for 4 years and is an Indian national. I would like to switch to a HSMP dependant visa. Kindly let me know if it is possible to apply for this from UK as it is highly inconvenient to make a trip to my home country(India) at this point of time.

Not sure but I think any switch to dependant category require an out-of-country application.
