RLMT question

Post by tip » Sun Jun 17, 2018 12:35 am

Hello,

Just wondering if the home office check the RLMT conducted for Tier 2 extensions? Or do they just require the reference number to prove it was done? Reason for the question is that my tier 2 visa was originally granted despite one of the ads not having a clear end / apply-by date on the advert, even though it was definitely advertised for 28 days.

Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks,
Tip

You don't need RLMT is you are extending your Visa with the same sponsor and on the same job.

Thanks, I'm aware we don't need to do another RLMT, but just wondered if the previous one was checked again?

Cheers.

If the home office has done an audit on a business and found a closing date wasn’t explicitly on the ad, what are the consequences?
