Mistake in name on the HSMP letter

I finally recieved the Immigration documents , there seems to be a spelling mistake in my name .

I read somewhere that the original letter along with the request for change letter needs to be sent back along with the address to where the new letter has to sent.

My problem is i am not sure to which address i need to courier the documents , is it to
