Switch from Tier 1 from tier 2

Hello All

I was on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) from Aug 2013. Applied for extension in the same category in Aug 2016. In Jan 2018, varied application to tier 2 general. On 5th Jan 2018, I paid online for premium appointment which was on 15th Jan. I got refusal on Tier 1 application on 8th Jan. I got my Tier 2 visa on 15th Jan. Do I qualify for ILR next month?
