Tier -2 Visa Extension Premium centre issue

Hi

My Visa is expiring on the 15th of july and i opted for the premium service on 23rd june ,it was the extension of tier 2 visa i applied for,when i reached the Home office after collecting the documents i went to give my biometrics and they told me that there system is not working and they are trying to fix it and i have to wait outside ,all the applicants were waiting for the decision but in the end they have told us that they are going to send me my passport by the special delivery and i will get it back on monday or tuesday but still now there is no news ,but i am surprised there was an issue with there system but in the end they have given me a letter saying that my application is valid but they have to look at my case before making any decision.
This all is so frustrating.

This happened to me a few years ago. It took them a few days (10 days I think), to send me new BRP and documents back. They also promised to call me bur never did.

Be patient, I am sure it's all fine.

Hi ,
I received my BRP but it has been more than 10 days now that i havent got my Passport back yet,Did u claim for the refund of your premium service since it was there fault i the system and no problem with your documents?
