Tier1 Visa - dependent

Post by kiladik » Tue May 06, 2008 11:29 am

Hi,

Iam married and I have planned to apply for Tier1 visa soon. I already have the HSMP approval letter. Iam planning to apply alone and once the visa get approved I have planned to apply for my spouse.

Do I need to give any reasons to the Visa officer why Iam not applying for my spouse at the same time?

Best Regards
KK

No, not at all.

But when you apply for the dependent visa later, you will have to provide documentary evidence to support dependent visa application. Please search the forum for detailed info.
